Orion provides hands-on support from day one: a guided onboarding, a specialist-led Test Drive where an Orion expert sets up your real workflows and walks your team through them, and live support during a go-live that runs alongside your current EHR. You're never left to figure it out alone.
Support starts before you commit. In the Test Drive, an Orion specialist configures your specialty's workflows in a sandbox and guides your team hands-on. During the parallel pilot and switch, that support continues so the transition is smooth and reversible.
This is deliberately different from the slow, ticket-queue support clinics report with some legacy EHRs, onboarding is guided, and your current system stays live as a safety net the whole way.
