The information provided herein, including product features, release dates ("Launching 2026"), and capabilities, reflects our current business plan and roadmap. It does not constitute a binding contract to deliver specific software features.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality—including but not limited to the "Marketplace Ecosystem" concept, the Orion EHR brand, and all associated designs—are and will remain the exclusive property of Orion Software Corporation and its licensors. 4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in to receive text messages from Orion, you agree to the following terms:

  • Consent. You represent that you are the subscriber or authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and that you consent to receive SMS messages from Orion at that number. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
  • Program Description. Orion sends SMS messages related to product updates, our 2026 launch timeline, responses to your inquiries, and related marketing communications.
  • Message Frequency. Message frequency varies and is entirely determined by your own notification preferences. There is no fixed or maximum number of messages; the volume depends on which notification types you route to SMS in your account settings and your account activity.
  • Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details on your specific plan.
  • Opt-Out. You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message, after which no further messages will be sent.

  • Supported Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers.
  • Privacy. Information collected through our SMS program is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
