Everything your clinic runs on, working as one.
Scheduling, clinical documentation, billing, the patient portal, telehealth, care plans and multi-location live in one system, not a stack of modules you stitch together. And the ambient AI scribe is included, so the note is done before your patient leaves the room.
One appointment, all the way through
Demonstration: one appointment traced end to end in Orion: booked in the portal, eligibility verified at booking, intake done early, the note drafted during the visit, the claim coded and scrubbed the same day, and payment posted automatically.
What's in the platform
Seven areas. One record behind all of them.
Each one is a full product on its own, and none of them is a separate purchase.
Run your clinic, not your calendars.
Multi-provider, multi-location scheduling with eligibility verified the moment a visit is booked.
- Waitlist auto-fills cancellations
- Recurring plans booked from the plan of care
Bill for every visit. Chase nothing.
Clean claims built from the signed note, eligibility checked at booking, and denials flagged before they cost you.
- Charges pulled from the signed note
- Scrubbing, payment posting and secondary filing
Booking, intake and payments they handle themselves.
Patients book, complete intake and pay from their phone, so your front desk gets its day back.
- Intake and consent before arrival
- Card on file, balances paid online
Check-in that runs itself at the front desk.
Patients check in, finish forms and settle the copay on a tablet, so the desk stops re-typing.
- Walk-in check-in with no login to remember
- Copay held at check-in, settled at close
The evaluation wrote the care plan.
Turn the evaluation into a plan of care in one flow, with goals, frequency and progress built for PT.
- Goals tracked visit to visit, not retyped
- Frequency drives the schedule automatically
The whole practice, current on load.
Collections, visits, clean claims and outcomes in six tabs, so claim patterns get caught early.
- No report queue, no export ritual
- Every number drills down to the visits behind it
The note is done before the patient leaves.
Clinical forms your clinic builds, the flow sheet, and Aurora drafting every field from the visit itself.
- Six note formats and a drag-and-drop builder
- Signed means signed: amend, void, full audit trail
A day at the front desk
What one system feels like on a Tuesday.
Not a feature list: the actual shape of a day when the schedule, the chart and the claim are the same record.
The waitlist texted the next two patients overnight. Both confirmed before anyone unlocked the door.
Intake and consent were done Sunday from her couch. The front desk says good morning, nothing else.
A patient's plan changed mid-episode. Flagged at booking, not discovered by a denial six weeks later.
Virtual follow-up in the same schedule, same note, same claim. No second system to reconcile.
Aurora drafted each note during the visit. Today's charges are already scrubbed and submitted.
No stack of charts to finish, no batch to reconcile, no re-entry between systems.
Nothing in that day required a second system. One record
Included, not modules
In every plan. No modules to buy.
The industry norm is to price the platform low and charge for the parts you actually need. Everything below is in both Pro and Pro Plus.
Pro and Pro Plus alike, for every billing provider
You pay for providers who bill, never per seat, never a percentage of collections. Pro Plus adds the full revenue cycle on top: clearinghouse and RCM services, billing intelligence and automation. Compare the two plans →
Questions, answered
Platform FAQ.
What is included in the Orion platform?
One system for the way a PT clinic runs: scheduling, clinical documentation with the flow sheet, billing with eligibility at booking, a self-service patient portal, telehealth as a visit type, PT care plans and multi-location support, with the Aurora ambient AI scribe included. You don't buy modules one at a time.
Do I have to pay extra for individual features?
No. Everything on this page is in the base price, per billing provider: you only pay for providers who actually bill. There are no module upsells, no per-seat charges and no percentage of collections. See current pricing →
Is it really one system, or separate products behind one login?
One record. The appointment, the note, the plan of care, the claim and the payment are the same data, which is why eligibility can be checked at booking and charges can come from the signed note without anyone re-entering anything.
Can I keep the tools my clinic already uses?
Often, yes: Orion is FHIR R4 native, so data moves in and out cleanly. But nothing on this page requires a third-party tool to work, which is the point: the integrations you keep should be ones you actually want.
