Two plans, both complete. You pay for providers who actually bill: never per seat, never a percentage of collections. What counts as a billing provider?
Pro
Full clinical platform for cash-based practices, or clinics that bill with their own team.
A small group of PT practices gets Orion at 50% off for their first 24 months: $95 on Pro, $125 on Pro Plus, per billing provider. In exchange, they shape the roadmap and let us publish their story.
Prove Orion works in your practice. Get the money back.
$1,500 buys two weeks of hands-on setup and guided sessions with your Switch Navigator, credited back in full the moment you switch. Finish the program and decide Orion still isn't right for your practice, and we refund it. We ask for the full two weeks because that's what convinces people.

Not monthly
Data migration, from $2,000
A one-time fee to move your practice out of its legacy EHR (charts, notes, schedules, claims and balances), done by our team, not handed to you as a spreadsheet.
Old systems differ in what they will export, so a few fields have no exact match in Orion. You'll see precisely what carries over before you pick a go-live date.
Flagship · Aurora AI
And yes, Aurora AI is included.
Focus on your patient, not your keyboard. Aurora is ambient: tap once, treat your patient, and the PT-specific SOAP note is ready to sign in under two minutes. Competitors tier-gate their scribe or sell it per therapist. With Orion it's the flagship, in the box on both plans.
Unlimited sessions, every providerNo per-note or per-minute metering
Pro is $189 per billing provider, per month and Pro Plus is $249, both everything-included. You only pay for providers who bill: no per-location charges, no module upsells, no percentage of collections. While the capped Founding Clinic Program cohort is open, qualifying practices get 50% off for 24 months.
What's the difference between Pro and Pro Plus?
Pro is the full clinical platform for cash-based practices or clinics that bill with their own team: EHR, scheduling, telehealth, patient portal, documentation with Aurora, real-time eligibility, charge capture and reporting. Pro Plus adds the whole revenue cycle inside Orion: electronic claim submission, ERA auto-posting, scrubbing, denial management, prior authorization and a dedicated billing operations contact. You can move between plans as your billing model changes.
What does it cost to move our data over?
Data migration is a one-time fee starting at $2,000, quoted separately from your monthly plan. It covers moving patient records, clinical notes, schedules, claims and account balances out of your legacy system and into Orion. We migrate every data point we can pull; older systems vary in what they will export, so a small number of fields have no exact equivalent in Orion. You'll see exactly what carries over before you commit.
Are there per-therapist or per-location fees?
No. You pay per billing provider. Front desk, techs, assistants and admins who don't bill get logins at no charge, and additional locations don't add license fees: multi-location support is part of the base price.
What counts as a billing provider?
A clinician whose signed work turns into money billed: on Pro, the treating provider who submits the invoice for a cash-pay visit; on Pro Plus, the treating provider whose documentation becomes a claim to a payer. Assistants, aides, billing specialists, front office staff and managers are never counted, because they don't bill under their own NPI, and they still get their own logins. If your clinic routes every claim through one NPI, we count the treating providers who sign the documentation behind those claims.
What does the Test Drive cost?
$1,500, credited back in full when you switch. It buys two weeks of hands-on setup and guided sessions with your Switch Navigator in a safe, non-production sandbox where your team runs the real software. If it isn't right, the money comes back and you keep the Go-Live Readiness Pack.
Why do other PT EHRs hide their pricing?
Most vendors require a quote or a sales call before showing a number, and many charge separately for the AI scribe, setup, training and billing. Orion publishes its per-provider price so you can budget before you ever talk to us.
Is there a long-term contract?
Your next step is a low-commitment, reversible Test Drive, not a multi-year signature. Orion runs alongside your current EHR and nothing migrates until you decide to switch. Cancel before go-live and you keep your data.
