HomeManaged billing services

Billing, handled end to end. By experts you can trust.

Senior billers run your billing operation inside Orion, alongside your front desk. They file the claims, fight the denials, chase down the ones that go wrong, and make sure you get paid for the work you did.

The real problem

Claims aren't the hard part. Everything around them is.

Billing breaks in six places, and most of them sit upstream of the claim itself.

In the EHR

Rules set up wrong

Claims go out broken from day one.

In transit

Clearinghouse issues

Rejected, stalled, or never received.

At the visit

Provider mistakes

Units, modifiers, a missing signature.

With each payer

Credentialing gaps

Lapsed or unfinished, and nobody is tracking it.

Before the visit

Prior auths

Lapsed, miscounted, or never requested.

Everywhere

Rules that keep changing

Every payer, every year, all at once.

The last few percent take both of us. A good billing team gets a practice most of the way. The rest depends on the billers and the front desk working the same list, talking every day, toward one goal: you get paid for everything you do. That is how we work: set up together, in constant contact, nothing handed off and forgotten.

What you're buying

Billers you can reach. Not a ticket queue.

The same four things every practice asks of a billing team, and how each side answers them.

Scope

Scheduled visit to posted payment. Set up together.

Four stages, run by your billers and set up with your front desk before a claim goes out.

Beyond the deposit

Am I getting paid for everything I should be? Is there anything to worry about?

Those two come first, every month. Once both are settled, a third gets the same attention: am I making as much as I want to? If not, we show you what is holding revenue back and what would raise it.

Getting started

From quote to clean, without a gap in filing.

Three steps. Your current process keeps filing the whole way through.

Pricing

Quoted per practice. One number, in writing.

No two books look alike, so we don't publish a rate we'd have to guess at. Tell us what you run and a biller replies with the number.

  • Cleanup is scoped inOld AR priced honestly, not ignored.
  • Transition is includedEHR rules, enrollments, clearinghouse.

Straight answers

Before you hand over billing.

Do we have to be on Orion?

Yes. Your clinicians and our billers work in one system, nothing exported or re-keyed, and the Orion EHR is included with the service, so there is no separate software subscription. On another EHR today? We'll tell you plainly what the transition looks like before you commit.

What happens to our billing staff?

Most practices keep them. Billing never fully leaves the building: front-desk accuracy, authorizations and patient conversations stay with you, and we work them together. We'll be explicit about who does what, so nobody's pointing fingers.

Will you work our old AR?

Yes. Most practices come to us knowing it's a mess. We'll tell you which aged claims are realistically collectible and scope the cleanup into the quote instead of pretending it doesn't exist.

How do we reach you?

Directly. Your billers are the people working your queue, and they are there for your front desk whenever a question comes up. No ticket portal, no waiting in line.

How fast do we see a difference?

Rejections and clean-claim rate move within weeks. Days in AR and collections move over a quarter or two, and every practice is different, so we won't promise a date we'd have to guess at.

The one thing we promise

You get paid for the work you did.

Every practice is different, so we won't hand you a number that pretends otherwise. If your AR is a mess today, say so. It usually is, and we'll clean it up.

  • Nothing you did goes unbilled
  • Nothing wrongly denied goes unfought
  • Nothing written off without you knowing
