The first question every clinician asks about an ambient scribe. Here is the answer before you have to ask it.
Recording exists to produce the draft. Once the note is generated the audio is discarded. There's no library of visit recordings to subpoena, leak or manage.
PHI is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is role-scoped and audit-logged, and we sign a Business Associate Agreement with every practice.
Your visits are not used to train models, ours or anyone else's. Your clinical data stays yours, and it leaves with you if you ever go.
