Does Orion integrate with billing systems?
Orion has billing built in, so for most clinics you don't need a separate billing system: it generates clean claims, verifies insurance eligibility at the time of booking, and submits through a clearinghouse. If you do want to connect other tools, Orion's FHIR R4 app marketplace (coming in 2027) will let you add integrations self-serve.
Because billing is native, not a bolted-on module, eligibility, coding support, and claim submission live in the same system as documentation and scheduling. Aurora’s documentation feeds coding, so more claims go out right the first time.
You can keep your own biller or use Orion’s, and the app marketplace (coming in 2027) will cover anything else you want to connect. Pricing stays simple: $189–$249 per provider, per month, with no separate per-claim or percentage-of-collections billing fee.
