How much does an AI scribe cost?

The per-clinician subscription looks small until you multiply it. Six treating therapists on Freed’s $119 Premier plan is $714 a month, about $8,600 a year, on top of the EHR you already pay for. And the cheap tiers are cheap for a reason. Freed’s Starter plan, $39 a month billed annually, caps you at 40 notes, which a full PT caseload burns through in under two weeks. “EHR push integration” appears on the $119 plan alone. Twofold’s Personal plan lists at $69 a month billed annually.

The built-in model removes the second subscription instead of discounting it. Aurora is included in both Orion plans at $189 to $249 per billing provider, per month. There is no note cap and no integration tier, because the draft is written inside the chart it belongs to. One invoice, one vendor, one place the note lands.
