Orion is a small team building the physical therapy EHR with the Aurora AI scribe built in, and we hire ahead of the posting when someone is clearly right. If none of the open roles fits but you think you belong here, this is the door.
Every hire at Orion owns an area outright. Practicing physical therapists sit in on product decisions, every salary range we publish is real, and the work is judged by what it does in a clinic. Tell us what you’d bring, why this problem interests you, and what you’ve done that proves it.
What we're looking for
- Strong problem solving. You break a messy problem into the part that matters, then actually solve it.
- Good people skills. You communicate clearly, listen well, and work easily with clinicians, customers and teammates.
- Ownership and a willingness to learn. You pick things up fast, take responsibility for outcomes, and don't wait to be told.
- Comfort with a small, fast-moving team. Few meetings, real accountability, and work judged by what it does in a clinic.
- Care about healthcare. Experience helps; genuine interest in how clinicians work is required.
- Clear writing. Most of our decisions are made in writing, and most of our customers read before they call.
